About the Tanana Valley Watershed Board of Directors

The Tanana Valley Watershed Board of Directors is made up of volunteers that live throughout the watershed. Board members are the fiduciaries who steer the organization towards a sustainable future by adopting sound, ethical, and legal governance and financial management policies. They also make sure the nonprofit organization has adequate resources to advance its mission and keep it relevant to the needs of our community. The board meets bi-monthly on Zoom.
